🧡1 Baseline Beginner Yoga Class per week: I call this yoga for bog standard beginners. Have you always had the vision of being a yogi or wondered how to start yoga but don’t know where to start?

Introducing Emma
Hi, my name is Emma Sherlock-Coonan, founder of ESCape Wellness and Soul Happy.
ESCape Wellness offers Psychological Coaching combined with Somatic therapies for an overall mind, body, soul holistic approach. My approach with working with clients draws from experience in Positive Psychology, Coaching Psychology, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Trauma-Informed Mind/Body Somatics, as well as Mindfulness, Breathwork and strengths-based practices to transform stuck patterns, reframe the stress response, increase inner wisdom, elevate leadership potential and performance, and enhance relationships and overall well-being.
I support people through Coaching, Breathwork and Somatic practices to reconnect with themselves, to release stress and emotional blocks, to find clarity and inner alignment, to feel empowered to take action to transform their life. I have gone through my own journey to arrive here, and I feel very committed to helping people heal and flourish.

Women’s Circles
These are purposeful gatherings to build community, listen openly, and feel safe. To sit in a deeply nourishing space and experience connection, support with like minded, like hearted women.
In other words, “a women’s circle is a safe and sacred space for women to come together, use their voices, be heard and be seen.”
When you join in our Soul Happy Circles, you experience a sense of belonging and community. Showing up for yourself and others to evolve alongside other women. The beauty is you will all be different from each other; different ages, backgrounds, life experiences, cultures, etc. Being part of this kind of group is rich with support, being held and seen, and creating a deep sense of belonging which is innate in our human design.
As we regularly connect deeply with others, we will also be deeply connecting and learning about ourselves. This can start to benefit our life outside of circle as we are unloading our ups and downs regularly which saves room in our daily life to simply be happy.
We will have a different theme each month and talk, share, listen, laugh, cry, meditate, have gudied visualisations, dance, sing, pull cards, create, shake, stretch, heal and drink tea. Whatever we do we will do with the heart.
